Thanks for completing the permission slip for our Oct 24 Field Trip. 

If you volunteered to drive two or more children to CFA please plan to come to school at 10:45 a.m. (we'll help install car seats as needed), remain with us at CFA and we plan to return no later than 1:00 p.m. (likely earlier).   

We need your Driver License, Car Registration, and Insurance Card.
